As a Co-Founder and Director at Florent Tech Limited, Simon works closely with financial institutions, SACCOs, and enterprise organizations across Uganda—advising them on adopting robust technological solutions, modernizing legacy accounting practices, and seamlessly onboarding complex digital systems.
Simon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Degree in Financial Engineering. He is also a proud graduate of Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and an esteemed ACCA Fellow (FCCA). Having operated at the heart of financial institutions for more than 15 years, Simon bridges the gap between boardroom fiscal strategy, regulatory compliance (including URA EFRIS compliance), and high-performance technological implementations.
